Keyence measurement sensors
The range of measurement sensors from the Japanese company Keyence includes high-speed, accurate and precision laser displacement sensors (1D) for measuring distance and position, working on the principle of laser triangulation, 2D / 3D laser scanners for measuring height, area, angle, radius, point-to-point and point-to-line distances, optical and laser micrometers (1D and 2D) for measuring diameter, position and radius, high-speed and high-precision 3D interference sensors based on the principle of white light interferometry, spectral interference displacement sensors with nano-precision for measuring the height or thickness of thin films and other spectral objects. In addition, Keyence manufactures inductive displacement sensors and contact displacement sensors (probes) with a resolution of up to 0.1 micron and the ability to connect multiple units to compare results or calculations.
